• ネットワークプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント（ライフサイクル管理、バージョンアップ、容量拡張、マイグレーションなど）
• プロジェクトスコープ、目標、成果物を社内外のステークホルダーと定義
• プロジェクトスケジュール、タスク、リソース配分、リスク管理を実施
• ネットワークエンジニア、インフラエンジニア、ベンダーなどのクロスファンクショナルチームをリード
• プロジェクト成果を評価し、改善領域を特定して積極的に改善策を提案

As a Network Project Manager, you will lead network-focused projects such as lifecycle management, version upgrades, capacity enhancements, and migrations. • Serve as project manager for network projects including lifecycle management, version upgrades, capacity enhancements, and migrations.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, tasks, resource allocation, and risk assessments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including network engineers, infrastructure engineers, and vendors.
• Evaluate project performance and identify areas for proactive improvement.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ネットワーク関連のプロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上
• 複数プロジェクトを同時に管理できること
• プロジェクトメンバーをまとめ、ステークホルダーに適切に進捗を報告できること

• 優れたコミュニケーション力
• プレゼン・スキル
  

• 日本語：流暢（ステークホルダーとの調整に必須）
• 英語：会話レベル

• PMP認定資格をお持ちの方歓迎
• ネットワーク技術に関する実務経験や知識があれば尚可

• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in IT or network-related projects.

• Japanese: Business fluency (essential for stakeholder communication).
• English: Conversational level.

• Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese.
• Ability to proactively provide updates and lead project members effectively.

• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of network technologies is highly desirable.
