As a Senior QA Engineer, you will lead QA engineering for cutting-edge cybersecurity products, standardizing testing processes and driving AI-enhanced automated testing strategies. • Design and operate test automation infrastructure and continuous testing environments.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and web applications.
• Execute performance tests, analyze results, and review test code to ensure quality.
• Research and implement AI-driven testing strategies, including automated test generation and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve service quality and QA processes.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 情報科学・コンピュータサイエンス、コンピュータ工学など関連分野の学士号
• ソフトウェアQA/品質管理経験5年以上
• テスト自動化開発の経験3年以上
• Selenium、Rest Assured、Cypressなどの自動化フレームワークに精通していること
• JMeter、Gatlingなどのパフォーマンステストツールの専門知識
• 技術文書作成力・ドキュメンテーション能力

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in software QA/quality control, with 3+ years in test automation development.

• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Rest Assured, Cypress, and performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.

• Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to simplify complex technical situations for stakeholders.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Basic level.
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Advanced degree (MS) or ISTQB certification.
• Experience with AI-powered testing tools and generative AI applications for test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience coaching or mentoring team members.
