Project Manager!

 Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously following established processes and procedures ultimately delivering each project within defined quality parameters, ensuring deliverables are completed and delivered on schedule. 
• Build and manage project plans and schedules; coordinate collaboration by cross-functional teams of engineers and stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with business teams to coordinate onboarding and integration of customer upgrade service requests into the Upgrade department on an ongoing basis. 
• Communicate to stakeholders those tasks, action items, and deliverables required of each stakeholder, including step by step timelines. 
• Share status visibility to management, including identification and escalation of project blockers, risks, and issues. 
• Work with team to develop and document processes and procedures. 
• Manage 2 direct reports on the Upgrade Services team.  

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years experience in project management 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Science or related field. 
• Experience coordinating projects end to end with various cross functional stakeholder groups. 
• Language Requirement:
  • Japanese: JLPT N2 or above (Business proficiency required)
  • English: Fluent in spoken and written communication
