Position: Corporate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans in line with company direction and current market trends.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen business positioning.
• Prepare sales forecasts and establish monthly and annual performance targets.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
• Oversee payment collections to ensure timely revenue realization.
• Recommend process improvements or new sales initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Background or familiarity with fertilizer or agricultural products is an advantage.
