Job Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Planning and Management

• Develop long-term financial plans, budget forecasts, and cash flow projections for projects

• Conduct financial feasibility analyses, evaluate ROI, NPV, IRR

• Optimize capital structure and propose fundraising strategies

Accounting and Financial Reporting Overight

• Prepare periodic financial reports in accordance with VAS and/ or IFRS

• Review and approve financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations

Financial Risk Management

• Assess financial risks related to projects

• Establish internal control systems and monitor loans and liabilities

Investment Strategy and Project Development Support

• Advise on investment strategies and asset valuation

• Negotiate financial contracts and propose cost optimization solutions

Team Management and Training

• Lead, assign tasks, and supervise team performance

• Train staff and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations

Stakeholder and Government Relations

• Liaise with banks, investment funds, auditors, and tax authorities

• Provide transparent financial information to investors

Executive Advisory

• Recommend financial reserves and cost - reduction strategies

• Resolve financial issues and mitigate business risks

Job Requirements

• Having Bachelor 's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing

• Having CPA, ACCA or CFA certification is a big plus

• Having minimum 7 - 10 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a real estate company or equivalent

• Proficient in accounting and financial management software

• Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, investment and construction laws

• Having experience in consolidated reporting, financial analysis, and cash flow management

• Preference for candidates with experience working with banks, investment funds, and large real estate projects
