Responsibilities:
 

• Creating, executing, and achieving sales plans.

• Visiting approximately 3 customers per day.

• Developing and acquiring new customers

• Preparing quotations for lubricants, creating product introduction materials, preparing VA (Value Analysis) proposals, and conducting technical proposals

• Preparing sales forecasts, adjusting orders and production, and concluding contracts

• Collecting accounts receivable and handling unsold inventory

• After joining the company, passing the ILAP Basic exam within 1 year and the Advanced exam within 3 years

 Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Japanese at a business level.
• Fundamental knowledge of lubricants.
• Familiarity with industrial oils and mechanical systems.
• Proven experience in engaging with Japanese clients and senior executives, with a focus on relationship building.
• Ability to prepare and deliver after-service reports professionally.
• Capability to coordinate effectively with global affiliates.
• Strong skills in proposal development, negotiation, and communication.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical structures, particularly within the automotive and HVAC industries.
