We are a manufacturer of molds and plastic parts for automobiles and motorcycles, with both domestic and international customers. The company was established in Thailand in 2006 as a trading company and later expanded into the manufacturing industry to meet the increasing demands of both Thai and international customers.

Job Title:             Production Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Location:            Bangsaothong, Samutprakarn

Job Type:            Full-time, Monday-Friday, 2 Saturdays/month, 08:00-17:00 hrs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the painting and plastic injection production lines.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Lead and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency, cost control, and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.
• Implement and maintain safety and environmental standards.
• Communicate effectively with Japanese supervisors and customers.
• Prepare and present production reports and improvement plans to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management (painting or plastic injection, preferably in the automotive industry)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork ability
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above (required)
• Able to communicate effectively with Japanese supervisors and customers
