• 経営層と連携し、組織全体の目標に合わせて人材戦略を練り上げていくこと
• タレントマネジメント、リーダーシップ開発、後継者育成プログラムの企画・推進
• 労働法規の遵守を徹底しながら、従業員対応および労務課題に関する助言を行うこと
• パフォーマンスマネジメントおよび報酬制度の最適化（ビジネスニーズや市場動向に配慮）
• チェンジマネジメントの観点から、全社的な組織変革プロジェクトをリードまたは支援すること

• Partner with business leaders to align workforce strategy with organizational goals
• Drive talent management, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
• Advise on employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大卒以上
• 人事実務、労務対応、雇用関連法規の専門知識
• HRBP・人事ビジネスパートナ経験3〜5年程度

• 経営層や従業員、プロジェクトメンバー等と強固な関係を築けること
• 複雑な課題を分析し、実行可能な解決策を提案できること

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 保険業界または金融業界におけるタレントマネジメントやリーダーシップ開発経験
• 外資系企業でのHRBP経験や、人事戦略に貢献した実績

• 3-5 years of HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment regulations
• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders to drive HR initiatives
• Strong relationship-building skills across leaders, employees, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze complex situations and recommend practical solutions

• Japanese: Native level
