募集要項
- Lead and supervise a team of executives and technicians to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical and electrical systems.
- Manage service providers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate rectification works for M&E services.
- Plan and oversee upgrading projects, tenant improvement works, and capital enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with building safety regulations, accreditation standards, and asset management objectives.
- Monitor project progress, control costs, and support budgeting and expense tracking.
- Prepare monthly reports, analyze cost variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strong communication with tenants and stakeholders to resolve technical and maintenance issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in building M&E systems maintenance and operations.
- Solid understanding of building maintenance, technical services, and tenant management.
Familiarity with building automation systems (BMS) and PLC applications is advantageous.
- Fire Safety Manager certification will be considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good command of English
