PR/118204 | Senior System Analyst

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst with highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to lead our system analysis team. As a key part of our IT leadership, you will be responsible for aligning business goals with technology solutions. You will manage the design, development, and implementation of system solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth. 

Responsibilities
 

• Serve as a senior system analyst with a strong foundation in software development and code review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable system solutions aligned with business needs.
• Apply hands-on experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) to support development teams and review code for quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Proficient in enterprise-level technologies including J2EE (Struts, Spring), web services, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular.
• Experienced in JSON, AJAX, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear technical documentation and specifications.
• Create detailed system and process diagrams to visualize workflows and support development planning.
• Support system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring alignment with functional and technical requirements.
• Design data models and generate database schema scripts to support application functionality.
• Coordinate with external vendors for outsourced development and technical consulting.
• Provide database support, including SQL management across production and testing environments.
• Contribute to the design and documentation of system architecture and functional requirements for new software initiatives.
• Review source code and provide feedback to developers to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system analysis with a strong background in software development.
• Proficient in at least one programming language with experience in code review and debugging.
• Solid understanding of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in developing and implementing web applications using PL/SQL for Oracle databases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
