Join a global consulting firm expanding aggressively in Japan as a Global Financial Services Consultant. In this role, you will advise leading financial institutions on strategy, operations, and digital transformation. You will analyze industry trends and regulatory changes while designing and implementing business solutions across banking, insurance, and capital markets. • Advise clients on strategy, operations, and digital transformation in financial services
• Analyze industry trends and regulatory impacts to inform business solutions
• Design and implement solutions across banking, insurance, and capital markets
• Drive client engagement, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration
• Work closely with IT, risk, strategy, and PMO teams to achieve project objectives

必須条件 経験・資格：

• コンサルティングまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 数億円規模の複雑なクライアントプロジェクトをリードした経験5年以上
• 銀行、資本市場、保険、資産運用、アセットマネジメント、ウェルスマネジメント、決済分野などの金融業界経験
  

• 飲み込みが速い方
• 最低限の指示で自発的に動けること

• 日本語：上級ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• IT戦略、財務アドバイザリー、業務改善、SaaS導入・開発、事業変革などの関連経験も歓迎

• 5+ years of consulting or project management experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar client projects
• Industry expertise in banking, capital markets, insurance, asset/wealth management, or payments
• Broader experience in IT strategy, financial advisory, business process improvement, SaaS implementation, or general transformation is welcome

• Quick learner able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong consulting and client management skills

• Japanese: Business-level fluency
• English: Business-level fluency

• Proven experience in large-scale transformation or multi-disciplinary consulting projects
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in bilingual environments
