Position:   Warehouse & Distribution Manager

Salary:       65,000 – 85,000 THB/Month

Location:  Wellgrow Industrial Estate, Chachoengsao

Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities & Operations

• Oversee all warehouse and distribution activities including receiving, inspection, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and local delivery/logistics.

• Manage the flow of specialized materials such as plastic film rolls, label stock, and finished food/industrial labels, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage (e.g., creasing, contamination, moisture).

• Strategically plan warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize storage efficiency and facilitate the safe movement of materials, especially large/heavy plastic rolls or palletized finished goods.

Inventory & Quality Control

• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counting programs, regular physical audits, and reconciliation with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP.

• Implement strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or LIFO as dictated by specific material/product requirements (especially for date-sensitive materials or labels).

• Monitor and manage stock of all consumables and supplies relevant to packaging and shipping (e.g., shrink wrap, cores, specialized boxes for labels).

• Monitor and track all outgoing shipments, resolving any transport-related issues, delays, or delivery discrepancies that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management level.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS/ERP)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table or Power BI)

• Strong leadership and communication skills
