Department Overview:

Our Quality Assurance Office serves as a core organization within the Internet Services Business Unit (ISBU). We collaborate with product development teams to ensure applications and services like CPaaS, NEO, and Send Anywhere meet customer needs and expectations while effectively managing quality risks.

We are now seeking a young, motivated, and talented QA Engineer for our CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) team. CPaaS is a cloud-based solution that enhances business communication channels through flexible, customizable features. It enables companies to strengthen customer engagement and streamline communication strategies.

Job Details:

【Responsibilities】

- Designing comprehensive test cases to ensure robust product validation

- Develop and maintain manual and automated test suites across various functionalities

- Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to align test strategies, priorities, and quality standards

- Monitor, manage, and optimize automated test pipelines for efficiency and reliability

- Investigate issues, conduct detailed analysis of functional specifications, and propose improvements to enhance overall customer experience

- Perform effective debugging and issue analysis through detailed log review and investigation

- Demonstrate a strong drive to continuously improve technical skills in frontend and backend test automation

Work Environment:

Our CPaaS section has members based in Tokyo, the UK, and India. You will be assigned to the Tokyo office and work alongside people from diverse countries and cultures.

However, applications are limited to those who currently have a residential address in Japan.

Required Qualifications:

・Applications are limited to those who currently have a residential address in Japan.

・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

・3+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automated testing

・Expertise in one or more programming languages, including Java or Kotlin

・Experience with web automation using Selenium

・Experience with API automation using any framework

・Experience building pipelines, with a solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Argo, Jenkins, or CircleCI

・Experience using VCS tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket

・Business-level English reading, writing, and speaking skills

Preferred Requirements:

・Experience with performance testing

・Experience with Kubernetes

・Experience using the Python language
