POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with customers in an assigned territory. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of the sales process to achieve both short- and long-term goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

* Visit customer sites to maintain relationships and grow business

* Sell company products and provide high-level customer service

* Understand and execute sales plans, pricing, and product promotions

* Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, logistics, operations) to support sales goals

* Report sales activities and market feedback regularly

* Assist with inventory counts and other assigned duties

QUALIFICATIONS

* Korean / English bilingual required

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food trading industry.

* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

* Strong communication and conversation skills.

* Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.

* Willingness to travel to customer locations.

BASE SALARY　USD45,00-55,000 Base (DOE) + Annual Bonus
