JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and implement competitive costing strategies for bottom materials in alignment with brand margin goals.

• Manage the seasonal pricing process for bottom components, working directly with T1 and T2 suppliers.

• Evaluate raw material market trends and manufacturing costs, analyze cost breakdowns, and ensure final prices are competitive.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including design, development, dev-com, material, and footwear costing to drive cost optimization.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; set performance benchmarks and support process improvements.

• Lead and coach a team by material category, align performance goals (OKRs), and review ongoing team contributions.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in cost engineering, reporting, and costing systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or above in a relevant field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in footwear manufacturing or product costing.

• Strong background in footwear materials, especially in bottom components.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

• Results-oriented and capable of delivering under tight deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.
