Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and check computer systems and audio equipment before each session.
• Provide real-time technical support, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Monitor system performance and ensure secure access to online learning platforms.
• Coordinate with departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Job Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• 1+ year experience in IT Support role
• Prior experience with Windows OS and online learning platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work independently onsite and respond quickly to technical issues.
• Basic English communication skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work on weekends and selected weekdays based on operational needs.
