Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both national and local corporate clients to achieve financial and strategic objectives.

• Manage assigned client portfolios, ensuring consistent engagement and high-quality service delivery.

• Assist the Head of Department in executing key projects and strategic initiatives.

• Drive business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and promote banking solutions aligned with the bank’s strategy and compliance standards.

• Understand clients’ business operations and needs to provide tailored financial solutions that enhance client value and increase the bank’s share of wallet.

• Monitor and mitigate business risks including AML, credit, market, and operational risks.

Job Requirements: 

• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Finance, Banking, or Law are preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with Vietnam’s regulatory framework, industry policies, and market trends is a plus.

• Prior experience in bank credit operations is highly desirable.
