Work Location: Samut Prakarn

JobResponsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and provide feedback on domestic and international trade agreements.

• Collaborate with operational teams to deliver legal advice.

• Lead or participate in contract negotiations with clients or suppliers, as applicable.

• Identify, assess, and update legal risks and issues related to contracts.

• Provide support on corporate legal matters.

• Assist the Legal Director and management team on major company projects, including coordination with external stakeholders.

• Handle various corporate and commercial legal tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate and commercial legal work, preferably with multinational corporations or legal consulting firms.

• In-depth knowledge of both international and domestic trade laws.

• Confident, energetic, mature, and well-presented.

• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.

• Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in legal drafting, research, and written communication.

• Fluent in spoken English with exceptional writing skills.

• Able to perform effectively under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
