       Our client is a Plastics Injection and molding Manufacturing. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as follows;

Position :                               Purchasing&Inventory Supervisor 

Location :                              Pluakdeng, Rayong

Business Type :                    Plastics injection and molding 

Working day :                        Mon – Fri (8.00 - 17.30 hrs.)

Benefit :

• Total Salary Package: 50,000 - 60,000 THB/ month (negotiate depending on experience)

• Allowance ,Provident fun ,Performance bonus.

Qualifications:    

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration ,Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.

• At least 8 years experience in,Purchasing,Procurement,Buyer, material control, Plastics injection and molding ,Automotive manufacturing.

• Strong in English communication.(Oversea Purchase)

• Strong management, Negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Have knowledge in SAP, Excel,WMS systems.

Job description

• Conduct thorough assessments of potential suppliers and vendors

• Evaluate based on cost-effectiveness, product/service quality, delivery reliability, and alignment with organizational standards.

• Lead negotiations to establish favorable contractual agreements

• Secure competitive pricing, flexible terms, and service-level commitments that support strategic procurement goals.

• Oversee the creation and administration of purchase orders

• Ensure all orders are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal procurement procedures and financial controls.

• Monitor market dynamics and analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, forecast pricing trends, and support data-driven purchasing strategies.

• Foster collaborative relationships with key suppliers, maintain open communication, track performance metrics, and resolve disputes or service issues proactively.

• Uphold compliance with legal, ethical, and sustainability standards

• Integrate responsible sourcing practices and ensure procurement activities meet regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

• Manage procurement budgets and financial reporting

• Track spending, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency and support fiscal planning.

• Oversee inventory control and logistics management in order to ensure stock and on time delivery.

• Develop and implement material and supply chain strategies and plans to ensure that departmental goals and KPIs.   

• Control cost reduction, control budget , customer order management, customer service, control Inventory, Logistics& Delivery, Purchasing, control.
• Work with  RD & CI team for sourcing & developing on Materials Cost Saving

• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
