Our client expanding their development team and seeking a passionate professional to help elevate their software quality standards.

Responsibilities
 

• Designing and enforcing quality assurance frameworks and standards.
• Identifying process gaps and contributing to ongoing improvements.
• Defining measurable quality benchmarks and guiding development teams to meet them.
• Delivering regular quality assessments and actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Keep documentation up-to-date, including test procedures and reports.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software QA, ideally within automotive, electronics, or IT sectors.
• Familiarity with software development workflows and quality control practices.
• Proficiency in English both writing and speaking.
• Skilled in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication.
• Able to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Skilled in creating and executing test cases.

  Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality.

  Willingness to learn new tools and testing approaches.

• Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
