• Java（Spring、Spring Boot、Hibernate）を用いたアプリケーションの設計・開発・保守
• 高性能かつセキュアなマイクロサービスおよびREST APIの構築
• 要件定義からソリューション提供まで、クロスファンクショナルチームと連携して進めること
• JUnitやTDDを用いたクリーンでテスト可能なコードの開発
• コードレビュー、デバッグ、運用中の課題対応

Join an expanding international team as a Bilingual Java Developer, where you will design, build, and maintain scalable applications in a fast-growing environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines while contributing to impactful software projects that support diverse e-commerce and technology operations.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Build and manage scalable microservices and REST APIs with a focus on performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code using best practices such as JUnit and TDD.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and resolving production issues.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, relational databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

必須条件 経験・資格：

• Java開発経験5年以上（Core Java、OOP、デザインパターンなどがわかること）
• Spring Boot、マイクロサービス、REST API、SQL/NoSQLデータベースの知識
• CI/CDツール（Jenkins、Git）の知識
• クラウド環境の知識

• アジャイル開発やコードレビュー文化に適応できること
• 問題解決力
• チームワーク

• 日本語: ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語: ビジネスレベル（社内コミュニケーションや国際環境で使用）

• 日本語が流暢なら尚可
• AWS、Azure、GCPなどのクラウド環境での実務経験
• フロントエンド技術や幅広いソフトウェア開発スキルの知識

• At least 5 years in Java development, with strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, and design patterns.

• Proficiency in Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork orientation, and familiarity with Agile development and code review culture.

• Japanese: Fluent (preferred).
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with additional cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to front-end technologies or broader software engineering practices.

• Competitive compensation between ¥5.5M-¥8M.
