• ビジネス側との打ち合わせ、デジタル広告ソリューションのシステム要件定義・管理
• 広告プラットフォーム及び関連ツールの技術サポート・システム分析
• Web/アプリ開発プロジェクトにおける設計・プログラミング支援
• 広告システムのトラブルシューティング、最適化（性能・スケーラビリティ強化）
• 技術チームとビジネスチーム間の連絡調整、ファシリテーション

Join a dynamic team as a Technical Support Engineer (Digital Advertising Systems), supporting the development and optimization of advanced advertising technology platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, provide support for digital ad systems, and help drive the success of large-scale projects in Japan's leading internet services company. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, plan, and manage system requirements for digital advertising solutions

• Provide technical support and system analysis for ad platforms and tools

• Contribute to web and app development projects, including design and programming

• Troubleshoot and optimize advertising systems for performance and scalability

• Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and business teams

必須条件：経験・資格：

• デジタル広告システムの要件定義や開発経験3年以上
• Webまたはアプリ開発（設計、コーディング、デバッグ）の専門知識
• デジタル広告の運用またはプロダクト企画の経験

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（クライアントやビジネス側との円滑な連携のため）
• スピード感のあるビジネス環境において、関係者と連携しながら効果的に仕事を進められる方

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• Java, Python, JavaScript などのプログラミング経験
• DSP, SSP, Ad Server 等のデジタル広告プラットフォーム知識
• アドテクシステムの統合やデータドリブン広告ソリューションの経験
• API設計やシステム間連携の理解
• 日英バイリンガルなら尚可

• 3+ years of experience in system requirements definition or development for digital advertising systems

• Strong knowledge of web or app development (design, coding, debugging)

• Proven experience in digital advertising operations or product planning

• Excellent communication skills to work with clients and business stakeholders

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Japanese: Business level

• English: Business level

• Programming experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript

• Knowledge of ad tech platforms (DSP, SSP, Ad Server, etc.)

• Background in system integration or data-driven advertising solutions

• Understanding of API design and system-to-system communication
