• Java (JDK 11+) を用いた大規模バックエンドシステムの設計・開発・保守
• リレーショナル／NoSQLデータベース（Couchbase, CockroachDB, TiDB など）の実装と最適化
• クラウドプラットフォーム上でのコンテナアプリケーション構築・デプロイ
• 関連部署のメンバーと適切に協働し、高品質な機能を提供すること

(Only for candidates residing in Japan) Join a leading internet services company as a Backend Software Engineer, building high-performance backend systems that power next-generation ecommerce and digital services. You will work on large-scale platforms used by millions, collaborating with global teams and leveraging cutting-edge cloud and container technologies to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java (JDK 11+).
• Implement and optimize relational/NoSQL databases (Couchbase, CockroachDB, TiDB, etc.).
• Build and deploy applications using containers on cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through best practices.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• Java (JDK 11+) でのバックエンド開発経験5年以上
• リレーショナル／NoSQLデータベースの実務経験
• Docker、Kubernetes を用いたコンテナ化の知識経験
• AWS, GCP, Azure いずれかのクラウド環境での開発経験
• スケーラブルなシステム設計およびバックエンドアーキテクチャの知識

• 5+ years of professional backend development with Java (JDK 11+).
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and scalable system design.
• Business-level English communication skills.

• Japanese: Basic level (for internal communication).
• English: Intermediate to Business (required for technical collaboration).

• Experience in large-scale, high-traffic systems.
• Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
