We are seeking a Therapy Specialist in Electrophysiology to support advanced cardiac technologies and innovation across the Asia Pacific region. This role combines clinical research, physician engagement, and product development support, making a direct impact on patient outcomes and the future of electrophysiology. You will act as a regional technical authority, collaborating with global teams and medical leaders.

• Develop deep expertise in mapping and ablation technologies, serving as a technical authority across APAC.
• Provide scientific and technical support for physician training programs, congresses, and workshops.
• Partner with academic institutions to support preclinical and clinical research.
• Engage with physicians and stakeholders to gather insights and inform strategy.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and share findings with internal teams.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams on product development and clinical trial analysis.
• Deliver technical guidance for product launches and market introductions.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 工学、医学・ライフサイエンス、または関連分野の修士号以上（できれば博士号）
• 電気生理学の研究、または関連機器・技術の臨床応用経験3年以上
• マッピング、アブレーション、又は同等の心血管インターベンション技術の専門知識

• 多様・複雑な組織において自律的に業務を進められること

• Master's degree or higher in engineering, life sciences, or related field (PhD preferred).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in electrophysiology research or clinical applications.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac mapping, ablation, or comparable intervention technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Business fluency in English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
• Skilled in data interpretation; statistical knowledge desirable.
• Willingness to travel extensively across APAC.
