• 営業チームをサポートし、製品デモンストレーションを通じて顧客に機器の特長や利点を説明
• 顧客に対して操作トレーニングを実施し、技術的な質問に対応
• 対面・オンラインセミナーでのプレゼンテーション
• 社内ラボにて新製品の検証テストを行い、研究開発部門へフィードバックを行うこと

This is a dynamic role combining teaching, lab work, and travel, where you will help scientists and researchers make discoveries that improve human health.

• Support the sales team by demonstrating product features and applications to customers.
• Deliver customer training sessions on how to use laboratory instruments and provide ongoing technical support.
• Give presentations in person and online to scientific audiences.
• Perform laboratory testing of new products to validate applications and provide feedback to R&D teams.

必須条件経験・資格

• 大卒以上（生物学・化学などの理系分野の学士号以上）
• バイオサイエンス分野での業務経験や、関連研究経験3年以上
• フローサイトメトリーの操作知識や経験
• 日本国内の出張が可能な方

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

• バイオサイエンス業界における研究職・営業職
• 博士号、ポスドク研究経験
• スタートアップ企業や小規模組織での実務経験

• 3-5 years of experience in a bioscience laboratory or research environment.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field (e.g., biology, chemistry).

• Hands-on knowledge of flow cytometry operation and applications.

• Strong communication and teaching skills to support customers and internal teams.

• Ability and willingness to travel for work within Japan.

• Japanese: Fluent.
• English: Business-level proficiency.

• Previous experience in the bioscience or medical device industry.
• Ph.D. or postdoctoral research experience.
• Experience working in a startup or small-company environment.
