• 高周波コネクティビティ製品の開発を戦略面・技術面から主導
• エンジニアリング、デザイン、営業チームと連携し、競争力のある高品質ソリューションに仕上げること

Join a global leader in electronic interconnect and connectivity solutions as a Product Manager, leading the development of high-frequency connectivity products that power industries such as automotive, telecommunications, and industrial automation. You will oversee product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative, high-performance solutions that meet evolving market demands. • Lead the end-to-end development of high-frequency connectivity products, ensuring alignment with technical and market requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to deliver competitive, high-quality solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimise product strategy.
• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful, on-time product launches.

必須条件経験・資格

• 高周波コネクティビティまたは電子インターコネクト製品に携わった経験
• 高速信号伝送やEMIシールドの専門知識
• 製造プロセス、コスト分析、ビジネスパフォーマンス指標に関する知識

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 多様なステークホルダーと効果的に協働できること

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 中国語または韓国語ビジネスレベルなら尚可
• B2Bマーケティング経験
• グローバル製品ポジショニングの経験

• Background in high-frequency connectivity or electronic interconnect products, with expertise in high-speed signal transmission and EMI shielding.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost analysis, and business performance metrics.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Japanese: Fluent.
• English: Business level.

• Business-level proficiency in Chinese or Korean.
• Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with global product positioning.
