• 在庫レベルの管理
• KPIや財務目標を踏まえた在庫戦略の策定・実行
• 適切な循環在庫・安全在庫水準の設定（需要計画担当と連携）；過剰在庫や欠品の未然防止に努めること
• PSI（購買・販売・在庫）計画の作成・実行、具体的な提言や有用なインサイトの提供
• 購買発注やマスターデータの管理；精度の高い計画立案や意思決定のためのデータ品質の確保
• ビジネス目標に対する実際の在庫状況の分析、是正措置や継続的改善の実施
  

A global leader in medical technology is seeking a Lead Specialist, Supply & Inventory Planning to optimize inventory investment, streamline supply processes, and enhance the customer experience. This role will see you manage inventory performance, implement effective planning strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

• Manage inventory levels and align stocking strategies with KPIs and financial targets.
• Partner with Demand Planners to set optimal cycle and safety stock levels, preventing excess inventory and backorders.
• Develop and implement PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) plans, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Place and manage purchase orders and master data, ensuring high data quality for reliable planning and decision-making.
• Monitor inventory performance against business targets, take corrective actions, and continuously improve supply processes.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 外資系企業、または日系グローバル企業における関連業務経験3年以上
• 在庫管理に関する確かな知識と実務経験
• タスクの優先順位を適切に見極め、納期までに完了させられること
• Excel・PowerPoint上級
• OracleやSAPなどのERPシステム、計画ツールを使えること

• 対人スキル、ステークホルダーマネジメント能力
• ビジネス感覚
• 分析力
• 細部への注意力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き会話）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き会話）

• SQL、Tableauなどのデータベース知識
• Power BIの使用経験
• データ可視化ツールの利用経験

• 3+ years in a related role within a multinational company.

• Solid knowledge of inventory management best practices.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience a plus.

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP and planning tools.

• Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.

• Japanese: Fluent (spoken, written, and reading).
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Database knowledge (SQL, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with modern data visualization tools.
