• 調達から納品まで、サプライチェーン・オペレーションをエンドツーエンドでリード；オンタイムデリバリーの確保
• S&OPのプロセスに基づく戦略的在庫計画の作成（グローバルSCM・財務チームと連携）
• SOXコンプライアンスやその他在庫に関する監査事項の管理
• ERPのワークフローを理解し、システムにデータが適時・適切に入力更新されるようにすること
• Oracle ERP導入プロジェクトへの参画（SCM領域のSMEとして）

A top global medical equipment company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end product supply operations and contribute to strategic planning. In this role, you will work closely with local and global teams to ensure seamless inventory, order fulfillment, and compliance processes. • Lead and manage day-to-day operations from sourcing to customer order fulfillment
• Conduct strategic inventory planning through S&OP in collaboration with global supply chain and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with SOX and other inventory audit standards
• Maintain accurate and timely SCM data within ERP systems
• Act as subject matter expert in supply chain for Oracle ERP implementation

必須条件 経験・資格：

• サプライチェーン管理/SCM、在庫管理、SCMデータやプロセス分析などの関連実務経験5〜8年
• 複数部門にまたがるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• ERPおよびWMSをしっかり使いこなせること
• Excel, Word, PowerPointなどMicrosoft Office中級以上

• 優れた対人スキルとビジネスコミュニケーション能力
• ステークホルダー・コラボレーション（日本語及び英語）
• ビジネスセンス、ビジネス感覚

• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• 医療機器業界経験が5〜8年程度あれば尚可
• ERP導入プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
• 幅広いポジション、複雑な組織のとりまとめ経験
• エクセルやパワーポイント上級

• 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, and SCM process/data analysis
• Project management experience with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced level preferred
• Strong ERP and WMS operation skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders in both Japanese and English
• Commercial awareness and business acumen

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience in the medical device industry (5-8 years preferred)
• Experience managing ERP implementation projects
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple roles or functions
