プログラマーとしてキャリアを開始し、アーキテクト、システムエンジニア、またはテクニカルプロジェクトマネージャーへと昇進した、IT分野における12～20年の経験。経験以上に、CIOやITリーダーシップの前で議論し、プレゼンテーションを行い、営業チームと交渉するために必要な成熟度が重要である。
クライアント／サーバー、Web、クラウド技術への深い理解。現在の実務開発経験は必須ではないが、過去の経験を活かして技術ソリューションを理解しコンサルティングできる能力が不可欠。
AI、トランスフォーマーアーキテクチャ、LLM/SLM、AIトレンドに関する知識は大きな強み。
コンサルティング業務における現状分析・将来構想策定、デジタルトランスフォーメーション計画立案の経験が強く望ましい。
提案書作成、見積もり、クライアントプレゼンテーションを含むプリセールス、ソリューションコンサルティング、アドバイザリー業務での実績

技術的詳細を超えた戦略的・コンサルティング的思考能力。
情熱的で主体的、長期的な顧客関係構築への強い意欲。

Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university in Japan. Postgraduate education is a plus but not mandatory.
12 to 20 years of experience in IT, starting as a Programmer and progressing to Architect, System Engineer, or Technical Project Manager. More than experience, maturity is important to stand up in front of CIOs and IT Leadership to discuss, present and negotiate with sales team.
Strong exposure to Client/Server, Web, and Cloud technologies. Current hands-on development is not required, but the ability to leverage past experience to understand and consult on technology solutions is essential.
Knowledge of AI, Transformer Architecture, LLMs/SLMs, and AI trends is a significant advantage.
Experience working in consultative roles performing As-Is/To-Be assessments and Digital Transformation planning is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in pre-sales, solution consulting, or advisory roles involving proposal creation, estimation, and client presentations
