• We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in networking and infrastructure delivery.
• The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with project leadership to manage rollout and upgrade projects across various network domains.

資格:  

• ネットワーク展開/アップグレードのプロジェクト範囲、目標、成果物、マイルストーンを定義する  
• ネットワーク要件の技術的調査と評価をリードする  
• LAN/WAN、ファイアウォール、VPN、SD-WANなどのソリューション設計に参加する
• リスク評価を実施し、軽減戦略を定義する  
• ネットワークインフラストラクチャ（ルーター、スイッチ、ファイアウォール）の展開を監督する  
• ベンダー、通信事業者、内部セキュリティチーム、クラウドチームと協力する  
• 技術的なエスカレーションポイントとして機能し、問題解決を調整する  
• 基準、ポリシー、ドキュメントへの準拠を確保する  
• 定期的なプロジェクト進捗報告とダッシュボードを生成する  

望ましいスキル:  

• ネットワーク概念: IPアドレス、DNS、DHCP、VLAN、QoS
• プロトコル：BGP、OSPF、EIGRP、MPLS、VPN（IPSec/SSL）
• ハードウェア：Cisco、Juniper、Fortinet、Palo Alto、HPE Aruba
• ツール：Wireshark、SolarWinds、NetBrain、SNMPベースの監視
• クラウドネットワーク：Azure、AWS VPCs、Direct Connect、ExpressRoute

日本語能力: ビジネスレベル（N2）およびビジネスレベル英語  

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones for network rollouts/upgrades
• Lead technical discovery and assessments for network needs
• Participate in solution design for LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, etc.
• Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies
• Oversee deployment of networking infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Collaborate with vendors, telcos, internal security and cloud teams
• Act as technical escalation point and coordinate issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and documentation
• Generate regular project status reports and dashboards

Desirable Skills:

• Networking concepts: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, QoS
• Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VPN (IPSec/SSL)
• Hardware: Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, HPE Aruba
• Tools: Wireshark, SolarWinds, NetBrain, SNMP-based monitoring
• Cloud networking: Azure, AWS VPCs, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute
