SALARY:                 150,000 – 180,000 THB

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Technical Manager with a strong background in animal health and farm management, specifically within the swine industry. The ideal candidate will provide expert technical support and guidance to our clients, focusing on optimizing farm operations, improving animal health, and enhancing overall productivity. This role is crucial for building trust with customers, driving the effective use of our products, and supporting business growth through technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical expert for swine farm management, health, and nutrition.
• Provide hands-on consulting to customers on farm operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze farm performance data to recommend practical solutions for improvement.
• Develop and implement animal health and biosecurity programs in collaboration with veterinary staff.
• Advise on disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment protocols.
• Conduct regular farm visits to monitor animal health, welfare, and production.
• Provide technical training and support on our products to the sales team and clients.
• Manage field trials to validate product efficacy and collect data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide market insights to R&D and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), Master’s, or Ph.D. in Animal Science, Animal Health, or a related field.
• 10 years of progressive experience in farm management or a technical support role within the swine industry.
• Proven expertise in swine farm operations, including health, nutrition, and biosecurity protocols.
• Overseas experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client farms and industry events.
• Proficiency in English
