Our client, a well-established Japanese trading company, is currently seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance their human resources operations in Bangkok. This is a strategic role ideal for professionals with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of HR practices in international environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

• Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Ensure adherence to Thai labor laws and internal policies.

• Support cross-cultural collaboration and communication within the organization.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record with 5+ years in HR management roles.

• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.

• Experience working in a Japanese trading or multinational company is highly preferred.

• Fluent in English; ability to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
