Position: Sr. System Engineer
Location: Bangkok (BTS Assessible)
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and upgrade enterprise systems, including environment preparation and quality assurance.
- Perform system testing to ensure reliability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle software maintenance, troubleshoot network connectivity, and resolve system errors.
- Monitor system health, analyze logs, and prepare reports for issue tracking.
- Plan, schedule, and manage project activities to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with Windows Server or VMware, Linux.
Knowledge of SQL and Windows command line is preferrable.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
