Senior Frontend Developer/Tech Lead - Interactive & 3D Web

*What You’ll Do:*

- Lead React/Next.js development and set modern front-end standards.
- Create immersive 3D experiences with WebGL/Three.js and interactive microsites.
- Mentor engineers in Japan & China, ensuring performance, accessibility, and code quality.
- Collaborate with global teams and demo prototypes for clients.

You Have:

- 5+ years front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, HTML/CSS.
- Strong skills in APIs, headless CMS, optimization.
- Bonus: WebGL, 3D pipelines (Maya, Blender, Unreal), shader programming, AWS.

Technical Leadership
- Define, refine, and uphold coding standards (ESLint, Prettier, GitFlow, CI/CD).
- Lead React/Next.js development and evaluate emerging tools.
- Build and maintain reusable component libraries.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers across Japan and China.

Project Delivery
- Develop responsive landing pages, microsites, and interactive UI components.
- Integrate APIs, headless CMS content, and analytics.
- Optimize bundle size, load time, and runtime performance.

Soft Skills
- Confident communicator able to negotiate scope and timelines with non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership mindset: coaches peers, provides feedback, owns outcomes
- Comfortable in multi-cultural, distributed teams with occasional off-hours syncs
