支払い業務アナリスト/ Payments Business Analyst/over 6 MY above

• クライアントのビジネスユーザーまたはエンドユーザーとコミュニケーションを取り、ビジネス要件を把握する
• ビジネス要件を機能要件にマッピングする
• ビジネス要件文書および/または機能要件文書を作成し、技術チームと共有する
• エンドユーザーと技術チームの間で橋渡し役となり、ビジネス要件と技術実装のギャップを埋める
• 決済業界の用語に精通しており、さまざまな種類の決済取引に関する知識を有すること
• ISO8583およびISO20022メッセージ形式、EMV、発行者、取得者、スキームなどに関する深い知識を有すること
• 英語と日本語を流暢に話せること（クライアントだけでなく、東京拠点の顧客プロジェクトマネージャーや現地チームともやり取りする必要があるため）
• Speak to the business users or end users of the client and understand the business requirements
• Map the business requirements to functional requirements
• Create business requirement document and/or functional requirement documents and share with technical team
• Work as a liaison between the end users and the technical team bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementations
• Should be well versed with the terminologies in Payment industry and should have knowledge on various type of payment transactions
• Should have deep knowledge in message formats like ISO8583 and ISO20022, EMV, issuers, acquirers, schemes etc
• Should be able to speak fluent English and Japanese since he/she needs to interact with not just end clients, but also customer project manager and local team based out of Tokyo.

• Knowledge in ISO8583 and ISO20022 message formats
• English and Japanese fluency
• Knowledge in both high value and low value Payment messages
• Prior experience of working in a bank as a Payments BA(Preferred)

Language Skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
