• JGAAPおよびIFRSに準拠した会計業務全般の管理。
  
  
• 月次・四半期・年次決算の統括と、経営層・ステークホルダーへの正確な財務報告。

• Manage accounting operations, ensuring compliance with JGAAP and IFRS standards.

必須スキル・経験経験:

• 財務・会計分野で10年以上の経験、および多国籍企業や大企業でのリーダーシップ経験。

• 保険業界、金融サービス業、または規制業界での経験。

• JGAAPおよびIFRSでの報告経験、ERPシステム（SAP、Oracle等）の使用経験、Excel上級スキル。

• 優れたリーダーシップ、ピープルマネジメント、メンタリング能力。

• 日本語: ネイティブレベル（必須）。

• Minimum 10 years in finance or accounting, with proven leadership in a multinational or large corporate environment.

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.

• Expertise in JGAAP and IFRS reporting, proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring capabilities.

• Japanese: Fluent (required).
• English: Intermediate to Business level proficiency.
