• The Optical Communication (OC) components business, where we design, test and manufacture the world’s leading optical interconnect products.

Job Title:               QA Engineer

Business Type:      Trading, Automotive parts

Location:               Sathorn, Bangkok

Job Type:               Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30 hrs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage QA documentation to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform quality inspections to verify the goods specifications.
• Work with sorting company quality issues and drive improvements.
• Follow up and respond to quality complain (NCR Report) from the customer and register in the NCR Log Sheet as NCR#YY-0XX.
• Follow up the investigation and improvement from the supplier such as 8D Report or 5Why Report then submit to the customer.
• Prepare and submit PPAP for both new part and part change to the customer according to the supplier's request.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve concerns and identify the root cause, implementing effective countermeasures.
   

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-5 years in QA/QC of automotive parts trading.
• Preferred: Background in Automotive
• Skills: Strong knowledge of quality assurance and communication, negotiable
• Language: Intermediate English communication (TOEIC 750+)
