SALARY:                                   150,000 – 200,000 THB

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize our site operations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in managing key performance indicators across financial, quality, service, safety, and inventory management. This role is crucial for driving operational excellence, fostering a high-performance culture, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• oversee site operations to meet and exceed financial targets, including budget management and cost control.

• Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.

• Ensure all products and services meet stringent quality standards and customer expectations.

• Implement and monitor quality control processes and procedures.

• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all local and national safety regulations.

• Implement and manage safety programs to create a secure working environment for all employees.

• Optimize inventory levels to support production and service demands while minimizing holding costs.

• Develop and implement strategies for accurate inventory tracking and efficient warehouse management.

• Build and embed a culture of continuous improvement across all operational functions.

• Implement Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in FMCG, Printing, Labels, Chemicals.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, IATF).

• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.

• Experience in implementing continuous improvement programs (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in English communication.
