【具体的には】
各携帯キャリアのショップや家電量販店で、接客受付、販売業務をはじめ、店舗運営に関わる業務を全般的にお任せします。

・接客、問い合わせ受付
・新規契約、プランの説明、機種変更の申し込み対応
・商品の陳列、POP作成、店内装飾企画・実行
・販売状況や運営状況といったデータの入力
など

We are now hiring Sales & Customer Service Staff for mobile phone shops. In the future, you can also build a diverse career in areas such as sales and management.

【Job Description】

You will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to store operations at mobile carrier shops and major electronics retailers, including:

• Customer service and handling inquiries

• Assisting with new contracts, plan explanations, and device upgrade applications

• Product display, creating POP materials, and planning/executing in-store decorations

• Inputting sales and operational data

【Onboarding & Training】

Don’t worry if you have no prior experience — we provide thorough training from the basics.
You will learn customer service skills, smartphone product knowledge, and details of mobile contracts and plans through a combination of classroom training and on-the-job training (OJT).
Many of our current staff members started with no prior experience and are now thriving.
