・関係各所への連絡

◆倉庫内作業
　基本的には管理業務ですが、
　いざという時は作業員さんと共に倉庫内作業も実施！
　発注量がグンと増える繁忙期（夏や年末）や、
　アクシデントで仕分けが遅れている時など
　社員がリーダーシップを発揮して仕分けを行います。
　
＜入社後の流れ＞
　まずは先輩社員のもと、業務を覚えていきましょう。
　管理側に立つために仕分け作業員さんの仕事を
　覚えることも欠かせません。最初は作業員さんから
　仕事を教えてもらうこともあると思います。
　コミュニケーションを大切にしていきましょう。

　物流は天候に左右されることが多く、
　突発的なアクシデントは避けられません。
　だからこそ大切なのは日々の準備を怠らないこと。
　
　仕分けを行う作業員さんたちとコミュニケーションとり

　作業工程の分析や効率的な人員配置、マニュアルの作成など、
　生産性の高い環境を整備すること。
　そしてアクシデントを迎えたとき、
　逃げずに立ち向かう心構えをつくること。
　
　悪天候で商品の集約が遅れれば
　率先して作業員さんと共に仕分けを進め、
　配送に遅れが生じそうであれば取引先へ連絡・相談。

【No Driving / Logistics Management at a Distribution Center】

At the distribution center where products are consolidated before being delivered to Seven-Eleven stores, you will be responsible for planning and managing both people and goods to ensure products are delivered on time while maintaining quality.

◆ Logistics Management

• Management and planning of people (sorting staff)
  　└ Shift scheduling
  　└ Attendance management
  　└ Planning staff placement

• Management and planning of goods (product inventory)
  　└ Inventory control and warehouse layout planning
  　└ Flow line design for efficiency

• Order and shipment tracking

• Document preparation

• Communication with relevant stakeholders

◆ Warehouse Work
While your main role will be management, at times you will also step into warehouse operations alongside the staff.
During peak seasons (summer and year-end) or when unexpected delays occur, you will take the lead in supporting sorting operations with the team.

＜Onboarding Process＞

You will first learn the job under the guidance of experienced staff.
Since management requires understanding the staff’s work, you will also experience sorting tasks yourself.
Sometimes, frontline workers will be the ones teaching you — so strong communication is key.

Logistics is often influenced by weather and unforeseen accidents. That is why daily preparation and teamwork are crucial.

• Build strong communication and teamwork with sorting staff

• Analyze workflows, optimize staff allocation, and create manuals to improve productivity

• Develop the mindset to face unexpected challenges instead of avoiding them

• If bad weather delays incoming shipments, you will proactively join staff in sorting tasks

• If delivery delays are expected, you will promptly contact and coordinate with clients
