JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement data governance frameworks and policies.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as MAS, BCBS 239, and APAC-specific guidelines.

• Partner with business and IT teams to oversee data quality, metadata, and data lineage.

• Use tools like Collibra and Alteryx to support governance initiatives and automate reporting.

• Maintain documentation for Key Data Elements (KDEs), data flows, and governance procedures.

• Coordinate governance efforts across regions and projects to ensure consistency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in data governance or data management within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MAS and BCBS 239.
• Experience with Collibra or Alteryx, and familiarity with KDE, metadata, or regulatory reporting automation is a plus.
