Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales agents
• Conduct product and sales training sessions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Manage inventory levels and model mix in the local warehouse
• Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
• Support and coach assigned sales agents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the machinery or equipment industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel extensively across the region
• Fluent in English and Thai languages
