As a Design Manager, you'll lead the UI/UX design strategy and execution across web and mobile platforms. This hands-on leadership role combines creative direction, cross-functional collaboration, and team mentorship to drive user experience excellence and business growth in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

• Formulate and execute growth strategies for the design organization aligned with business goals
• Partner with business teams to improve quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery timelines
• Lead the UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications with a focus on continuous improvement
• Conduct user testing and optimize designs based on feedback and data-driven insights
• Manage and mentor designers, balancing team development and hands-on design work

必須条件

経験・資格：

• UI/UXデザインやリード経験3〜5年以上
• ビジネス目標にリンクしたデザイン戦略の立案・実行力
• デスクトップ＆モバイルアプリのUIデザイン能力
• Figma、Illustrator、Photoshop、XD などのデザインツールを使いこなせること
• 実務ベースのUI/UX・Webデザイン実績（ポートフォリオ要）
• エンジニアやプロダクトマネージャーと協働し、プロジェクトを成功に導いた経験

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（必須）

• JavaScript、jQuery、Bootstrap などの基本的なフロントエンド知識
• Notion、Slack、Google Workspace 等のコラボレーションツール使用経験

• 3-5 years of UI/UX design leadership experience, with a strong design strategy background
• Proven track record of implementing design aligned with business objectives
• Strong portfolio showcasing website, visual, and product UI/UX design

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)
• Skilled in designing for desktop and mobile platforms
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, or Bootstrap
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack

• Detail-oriented, with a high standard for design quality and aesthetics
• Collaborative communicator who works well with engineers and product managers
• Adaptable and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and design innovation

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Conversational to business level

• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices for design and markup
• Understanding of startup culture and agile development environments
• Experience in user research or usability testing is a plus
