【主な業務内容】
■ ビジネス課題の理解と定義
ビジネス部門が抱える背景や業務の流れを深く理解し、表面的な要望にとどまらず、根本的な課題を明確にします。正しい問いを設計することで、真に価値あるインサイトを導き出し、意思決定の質を高めます。また、BIや分析のユースケース開発を支援し、要件定義やKPI設計を通じて、データから得られる知見をビジネスの価値へとつなげます。

■ 意思決定支援のための分析・可視化
ビジネス上の意思決定を支えるために、必要なデータを収集・統合・整備し、分析に適した構造へと変換します。KPIやビジネスメトリクスに基づいた分析を通じて、実用的なインサイトを導き出し、ダッシュボードやレポートで分かりやすく可視化します。
・データモデリングを含む収集・統合・整備を実施します

■ BIシステムの設計・運用
Power BIなどのBIツールを活用し、直感的で使いやすいダッシュボードの設計・運用を行います。インタラクティブな可視化の設計・開発を指導し、ユーザーが複雑なデータを容易に理解できる環境を整えます。さらに、データの正確性や一貫性を保つために、クレンジングや検証を徹底し、セキュリティやプライバシーにも十分配慮します。ワークスペースやアクセス権限の管理を通じて、信頼性の高いBI環境を維持し、パフォーマンスの最適化や不具合対応にも継続的に取り組みます。
・BIツールによるダッシュボードの設計・運用と可視化の指導
・データ品質の確保とセキュリティ・プライバシーの遵守
・ワークスペース管理とパフォーマンス改善による安定運用

■ PDCAサイクルの支援
データに基づく意思決定を継続的に改善するために、PDCA（Plan Do Check Act）サイクルの実行を支援します。分析結果をもとに施策の立案から実行、評価、改善までを一貫して伴走し、業務の質とスピードを高めます。また、BI開発における標準やベストプラクティスを整備・更新し、パフォーマンスの最適化や機能強化を通じて、組織全体にデータドリブンな文化を根付かせます。

この役割は、単なる分析支援にとどまらず、ビジネス部門が自律的にPDCAを回せるようにする「仕組みづくり」も含まれます。BIマネージャーは、業務プロセスとデータ活用の橋渡し役として、継続的な改善を促進する環境を整えます。

■ 社内教育・啓発活動
ビジネス部門のデータ活用力を高めるために、社内教育や啓発活動を推進します。データリテラシー向上を目的とした研修やワークショップを企画・実施し、BIツールの活用方法や分析の考え方をわかりやすく伝えることで、現場での自律的なデータ活用を支援します。また、各部門のニーズに応じたトレーニングや伴走支援を通じて、データドリブンな意思決定が組織全体に浸透するよう働きかけます。

【Role Overview】

To unlock the full value of data we are enhancing data literacy strengthening governance and consolidating our data infrastructure. This enables employees to access the right data at the right time interpret well visualized information and make informed decisions quickly.

To support this vision the Data Analytics team is hiring a Business Insight Intelligence Manager. This role is responsible for maximizing business value by deriving insights through data collection structuring analysis and visualization. Rather than simply providing data the role acts as a 'thinking partner' who collaborates with business units to define the right questions and support the PDCA cycle.

【Key Responsibilities】
■ Understanding and Defining Business Challenges
Gain a deep understanding of the background and workflows of business units identifying fundamental challenges beyond surface level requests. Designing the right questions enables the extraction of valuable insights and enhances decision making quality. Support the development of BI and analytics use cases and translate data into business value through requirements definition and KPI design.

・Collaborate with business units to accurately understand challenges and needs

■ Analysis and Visualization for Decision Support
To support business decision making collect integrate and prepare necessary data transforming it into structures suitable for analysis. Conduct analysis based on KPIs and business metrics to extract actionable insights and visualize them clearly through dashboards and reports.

・Perform data modeling including collection integration and preparation
・Conduct KPI based analysis and extract insights
・Provide visual information through dashboards and reports

■ BI System Design and Operation
Utilize BI tools such as Power BI to design and operate intuitive dashboards. Guide the development of interactive visualizations ensure data accuracy and consistency through cleansing and validation and maintain compliance with security and privacy standards. Manage workspaces and access rights to maintain a reliable BI environment and continuously improve performance and resolve issues.

■ Supporting the PDCA Cycle
Support the execution of the PDCA （Plan Do Check Act） cycle to continuously improve data driven decision making. Accompany business units through planning execution evaluation and improvement phases. Establish and update BI development standards and best practices and promote performance optimization and functional enhancements. This role also involves creating mechanisms that enable business units to autonomously execute the PDCA cycle.

Promote internal education and awareness to enhance data literacy within business units. ・データウェアハウス、ETL、RDBMS（SQL Server、Azure SQL MI、Synapse、Databricks、Snowflakeなど）に関する理解
・BI関連技術や手法に関する資格保有者歓迎
・医療・ヘルスケア業界での経験

・Over 5 years of experience in BI development or management roles
・Experience in end to end BI dashboard project execution including planning design development and operation
・Hands on experience with Power BI
・Understanding of data warehousing ETL and RDBMS （e.g. SQL Server Azure SQL MI Synapse Databricks Snowflake）
・BI related certifications are a plus
・Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable
