主な職務内容

• IaaS、PaaS、ID管理、セキュリティ、ネットワークを含むAzureネイティブソリューションの設計
• マイグレーションプロジェクトのリード（AWS→Azure、オンプレミス→クラウドなど；インフラストラクチャ＆デプロイメント・レイヤー中心）
• Azureベストプラクティスの導入（ガバナンス・コンプライアンス・コスト管理など全般的に）
• Azure Landing Zoneやハイブリッド接続の設計・最適化
• エンタープライズ顧客や社内ＢＵ向けの高度な技術コンサルティングの提供
• アーキテクチャやプロジェクトに関する他部署のメンバーとの連絡調整

• Azureインフラの設計、導入、プラットフォームセットアップの実務経験5年以上
• クラウド移行、ハイブリッド環境の実務経験
• Azureの主要サービス（VNet、NSG、Azure AD、App Services、Functions、AKS、Monitor、Firewall）の専門知識
• Azure Arc、Defender for Cloud、Azure Policyの知識
• セキュリティ／ガバナンスのフレームワークやコストモデリングの知識
• 複数の事業部が絡むクラウド移行やアーキテクチャチームに携わった経験

Join a globally recognized technology consultancy firm as a Cloud Solution Architect and lead mission-critical architecture projects built on Microsoft Azure. You'll collaborate with enterprise clients and internal teams to design native Azure environments, drive migrations, and embed best practices across governance, security, and cost optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to shape cloud transformation across industries while using your bilingual expertise in a client-facing, solution-driven role.

• Architect scalable Azure solutions including IaaS, PaaS, identity, networking, and security components
• Lead cloud migration initiatives (e.g., AWS to Azure, on-prem to Azure) with a focus on infrastructure and deployment
• Define and enforce Azure best practices across governance, compliance, and cost modeling
• Design and enhance Azure Landing Zones and hybrid cloud connectivity solutions
• Provide expert consulting to external enterprise clients and collaborate cross-functionally with internal BUs
• Act as a trusted advisor for architecture and transformation projects

• 5+ years in Azure infrastructure design, platform setup, and deployment
• Strong hands-on experience in hybrid environments and large-scale cloud migrations

• Deep understanding of Azure services: VNet, NSG, Azure AD, App Services, AKS, Functions, Monitor, Firewall
• Familiar with Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, Azure Arc
• Experience in cost control, security frameworks, and governance architecture

• Strong client-facing and consulting capabilities
• Effective cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Business fluency (required for client interaction)
• English: Conversational or higher

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Background in BU-level architecture consulting or transformation programs
