Responsibilities:
 

• Lead and mentor a team of developers throughout the project lifecycle

• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs

• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across platforms

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently

• Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team

Qualification:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development

• Proficiency in full-stack programming languages such as Golang, Node.JS, Next.JS

   

• Solid experience in system architecture and software deployment

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

• Proven leadership in managing technical teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
