Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances in the education sector.

• Lead business development initiatives, including M&A activities and market expansion.

• Build and maintain strong external relationships (B2B focus)

• Collaborate closely with the headquarters team in Tokyo and local business development teams.

• Manage projects and execute strategic business plans

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Proven experience in business development, especially in strategic alliances and M&A.

• Experience working in Japanese companies is a plus.

• Strong logical thinking and strategic planning skills.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

• Project management experience.

• Passion for education is essential

• Japanese: N1 or N2 level

• English: Conversational level or higher is a plus.
