Position:                                QC Assistant Manager

Salary:                                    50,000 – 60,000 THB / Month

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the activities of the Inspection Section to achieve the objectives and targets of the Quality Control Department.

• Analyze and resolve issues related to in-process and final inspections.

• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives within the Inspection Section.

• Manage specifications and ensure compliance with the company’s quality system and policies.

• Implement quality standards, conduct audits, identify and resolve quality issues, recommend system improvements, and lead change initiatives.

Qualifications:                       

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Control within the automotive industry, specifically in die-casting and machining processes.

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role at Supervisor or the Assistant Manager level.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
