Position Overview: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire logistics operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective management of transportation, warehousing, and distribution functions. This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing logistic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure adequate stock.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Lead, train, and mentor logistics team members to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.

• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports related to logistics operations.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to logistics.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Operation Manager or similar role in logistics.

• Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management software.

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
