Description

• Lead HR operations for the technicalcenter (approx. 200 employees)
• Propose and implement process improvements to increase HR efficiency

• Collaborate with business leaders to address team-specific HR need
• Support change management, organizational restructuring, and talent development
• Ensure smooth coordination of hiring, training, and employee relations
